To connect with Japan’s cosplay community, the organizers are collaborating with renowned cosplayer Naoko Fran. She leads event promotion, participant outreach, and brand storytelling – bridging local fans and creators.

During EXPO, she will energize the community through parades, workshops, and photo projects. As a consultant and opinion leader, Naoko Fran supports participation and ensures an unforgettable experience for everyone.

Tymon Smektała

Tymon Smektała

With over 20 years in the games industry, Tymon Smektała began his career at Poland’s biggest gaming magazine CD-Action, where he worked as editor and later editor-in-chief of its highly popular website. After being named one of the most influential game journalists in Poland, he moved into game development, joining Techland as a designer on Dying Light. He later became lead game designer for Dying Light: The Following and Dying Light 2 Stay Human, and today serves as franchise director for the entire Dying Light series. A frequent speaker at conferences and media events, he is also a proud owner of two cats – and firmly believes video games are humanity’s greatest entertainment invention.

Piotr Babieno

Piotr Babieno

Piotr Babieno is the co-founder and CEO of Bloober Team, a studio renowned for its psychological horror games. Under his leadership, the company has earned international acclaim with titles such as Layers of Fear, Observer, and The Medium, and is now developing the remake of the legendary SILENT HILL 2. Since its founding in 2008, Bloober Team has grown into one of Poland’s leading developers with over 250 employees. Alongside game production, Babieno emphasizes creating a stable and sustainable workplace culture.

Wojciech Pazdur

Wojciech Pazdur

Has been part of the video game industry for over 25 years and currently serves as the CEO and Creative Director of The Farm 51. He began his career as an artist and designer at People Can Fly, contributing to the iconic Painkiller, before going on to co-create titles such as NecroVisioN, Painkiller Hell & Damnation, Get Even, and Chernobylite. His work blends a passion for strong, unconventional storytelling with deep expertise in building realistic 3D worlds and photorealistic graphics. He has co-authored concepts that merge genres, ranging from dynamic action games to narrative thrillers and exploration-driven experiences. As Production Director at The Farm 51, he has also overseen R&D projects focused on cutting-edge technologies, including 3D scanning and military simulations.

Jakub Marszałkowski

Jakub Marszałkowski

With over 20 years of experience in the games industry, Jakub Marszałkowski is internationally recognized as one of the co-organizers of the Game Industry Conference. He is also a core member of Indie Games Polska, supporting the growth of Poland’s indie game scene. Author of The Game Industry of Poland (2020–2022) and recipient of the Minister’s Award for Digital Culture, he currently works as a researcher and lecturer at Poznań University of Technology, bridging academic perspectives with industry practice.

Gabriela

Gabriela Siemienkowicz

A seasoned communications strategist and a Women in Games Ambassador with over nine years of experience in the video game industry. As the Communications Lead at 11 bit studios, she oversees global campaigns for acclaimed titles such as Frostpunk 2, The Alters, and Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault, shaping the studio's community-driven approach, emphasizing meaningful storytelling and relatability in their games. Previously, she held key communication positions at CD PROJEKT's GOG, contributing to major projects including Cyberpunk 2077.
